Actor Michael Keaton Loses His Dang Mind — Says Republicans Are a Bunch of ‘Weak, Disgusting Cowards’

Like clockwork, Democrats have been using the recent school shooting in Florida to push their gun control agenda. Exploiting the death of 17 children for political gain is apparently good for business. In fact, Democrats are already making money off of it.

From The Daily Caller:

The Democratic National Committee is using Wednesday’s mass shooting that left 17 people dead to ask for campaign donations.

The DNC on Thursday sent out an emotional email, signed by DNC chair Tom Perez, asking supporters to sign a petition telling Congress that “it’s past time to take action to address our country’s gun violence epidemic.”

Lovely.

Liberal celebrities have gone off the deep end as well.

From BizPac Review:

On Thursday, liberal actor Michael Keaton used his Instagram account to vent his frustration with the “weak disgusting cowards in Congress” who have thus far not passed any significant gun control legislation despite a tragic list of school shootings dating from 1999’s Columbine massacre.

“NRA/Republicans-‘too soon’ to talk about gun violence,” Keaton wrote. “Well, for 20 first graders @ Sandy Hook (and all the others) it’s just a little ‘too late.’ You weak disgusting cowards in Congress.”

Notice that Keaton didn’t mention a law that he wants Congress to pass to “fix” this issue. That’s because there isn’t one. Anyone who thinks that Congress can legislate away this kind of evil isn’t paying attention.

Michael Keaton is just being lazy. He doesn’t want to talk about the real issues because the real issues are complex. Why did this kid have so much hate toward his former classmates?  Why did no one speak up about the warning signs he was displaying? These mass shootings are almost always caused by mentally ill people who clearly aren’t getting the attention they need to address their problems. That’s going to do a whole lot more than virtue signaling on Instagram will. Guns have been around a long time. AR-15s have been around a long time. The school shootings we have seen in recent years is a relatively new trend? Why is that? It’s not the guns. It’s the people who own them.

Michael Keaton is giving you a glimpse into how liberals operate. They rely on the government to protect them. When something bad happens liberals think that Congress is the one with the answers and the ones who should fix it. That’s not how it works buddy.
